Placing Your Order

You can place and Order by adding items to the Basket, then proceeding to checkout completing our Billing and Shipping details. Choosing payment method and clicking on Place Order on the Mamas & Papas Australia website. When you place your Order, it will imediately be sent to Eway or Paypal for payment processing. Once your Order has beign processed you will receive an Order Confirmation via email.

Mamas & Papas Australia reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone to arrange a refund.

Payment Methods and Processing

Mamas & Papas Australia currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian Public holidays and Bank holidays. Your tax invoice accompanied with the goods purchased is your proof of purchase.

Prices

Mamas & Papas Australia reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at www.mamasandpapas.com.au at any time. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (incl. GST).

Supply of Your Products

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation. When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment and provide you with a tracking number.

Delivery

Delivery will be made by Australia Post or by courier (Direct Freight).

We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible. Usually, items listed on the website will be dispatch from our warehouse within 24 to 72 bussiness hours. This may vary, in some cases, the estimated dispatch time frame may be longer. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual stated delivery window for reasons outside our control.

If you leave us a message under Notes that the goods can be left at your premises, we will inform the courier company to leave unsigned. If you have an urgent order, we advise you to contact us by email and we will accommodate you as best as we can.

Our delivery partner may leave a card at the address and you will need to pick up the delivery from your local Australia Post outlet or contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery.

Delivery failure: It is important that you verify your information is correct before placing your order, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be billed for the additional shipping charges for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information. We also require a contact phone number, which may be used by the courier to arrange delivery. If we and our delivery partner have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 2 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances, we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery and handling fees incurred by us.

We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any problems or delays in delivery. If you wish to contact us regarding delivery of your order please email onlinesales@mamasandpapas.com.au.

Delivery by either Australia Post or courier anywhere within Australia. Please note: Mamas & Papas Australia does not provide shipping outside Australia.

*Conditions apply to U$10.00 shipping including GST: Shipping cost for all oversize items to some locations require custom quotation. In such a case we will contact you when we receive your order to advise about actual shipment cost.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We believe in the quality and uniqueness of the Mamas & Papas product range and are excited that you share our passion for infant quality products, gifts and accessories. We will gladly refund or exchange your products if you are not happy with your purchase within 7 days of purchase – provided the original packaging and product is still intact(items returned must be in ‘as new’ condition, this means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items). Exchange transport costs occurring via post or courier are at the customer’s expense.

Please retain your proof of purchase as you will need that to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Product Warranty

A twelve (12) month warranty applies against manufacturers fault for domestic use and an eighteen (18) month warranty applies against manufacturers fault for prams. A three (3) month warranty will apply for commercial use.

We value our customer’s privacy; your personal information will not be distributed or sold unless required by law.

By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing your Order, sending you our Mamas & Papas eNewsletters and administering you to our loyalty programme. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request.

Whilst Mamas & Papas Australia employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, Mamas & Papas Australia will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

General

You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Mamas & Papas Australia. Any unauthorised assignment shall be deemed null and void. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby. Conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability in Mamas & Papas Australia for breach of such conditions and warranties shall be limited, at the option Mamas & Papas Australia, to the replacement of the Product(s) or the re-supply of the same Product(s); the payment of the cost of replacing the Product(s) or of acquiring equivalent Product(s). Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition. Mamas & Papas Australia reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time. No Mamas & Papas Australia employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.

Mamas & Papas Australia shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Mamas & Papas Australia, and Mamas & Papas Australia shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
